Some are serious, these are definitely not. I came into this series part way through, I'll definitely be looking for the rest. This is all basically covered in The Bartender. I have got so used to fiction set in other cities, that when you read about your own it is quite thrilling.I love this series.

I'm actually really glad that I managed to read this prequel before reading The Bartender, setting up what's coming, and I must admit it's left me hanging for next Instalment.I quick little intro into Whitney and Cole's relationship.

Loads of fun and lots of laugh in this short read.Great prequel to the Modern Love series. At least for me it would be harder, but in The Bartender you learn that he is changed and is mature. And I totally agree with them, if I would've read this one before it would've been a lot harder to like Cole in The Bartender.
