I finally got forwarded to her supervisor who also did not take my call and whose message also said she would return my call in 24 hours. In actual fact, we were told to send claim to a location that does not exist and misled by Zurich staff about the claim being received and dealt with. It is now being rebuilt more or less from scratch. My mum has chased this almost every week to be told it was being reviewed all while the leak is still worsening.

I took out holiday insurance with them, when I was unable to travel because of the Covid-19 virus and tried to claim parking and overnight hotel expenses, they told me the small print shows I am not covered for this type of event, but I could cancel the policy and get a full refund, so I called in cancelled the policy and arranged for a refund.
I have had previous claims adjusters but Marcin is by far the absolute worst and rudest claims adjuster. Her advice to me? The reason for the transfer was poor performance but they seem intent on holding on to my money and eroding it further. The following years saw expansion with offices opening in Belgium, France, and the Netherlands. My advice before purchasing anything from this place is to take it a layer to read tiny fine print cause this is where they get you. 2 weeks later I am calling and leaving messages for several days (multiple messages) with the adjuster's voicemail, which states that she will return my call within 24 hours. Very disheartening. No explanation is ever given. After 6 weeks of no contact, rang to be told they knew nothing of the matter. I was assigned a case manager, but had to talk with a call center representative where there was NO direct contact with the case manager. Its now 7th May 2020 and still nothing communicated back to me. I started screaming for her to get out, as she proceeded to come in saying “it’s ok, I’m housekeeping”. He won't answer or return phone calls even when a lawyer gets involved. Then I needed a claims form have requested one twice now and haven't recieved and can't get through on their phones. How do I know I can trust these reviews about Zurich Property & Casualty Insurance? A whole load of palaver to renew the claim with supporting documents to try to get it underway. This is due to the previous builders cutting corners and using substandard material (which was also caused by Zurichs contractors).
