Rock N' Roll High School Forever is what describes high school in real life, rock n' roll. Normally I reach for my number one hangover movie, Summer School, but when I did I made the tragic discovery that the thrashed cut-box clamshell I've been carrying around for sixteen years had been infected with mold. It's an oddball post-Reagan goof-fest with cartoonish Nazi villains; Brock's fun aesthetic is still here, but that's about it for me.It carries the spirit of the original film but it’s lack of The Ramones and P.J. Temporarily refraining from practical jokes, Jesse falls for a school instructor who teaches classical music by using football metaphors, and his best pal Mag Sludge (Evan Richards) even becomes smitten with a teen witch named Tabatha (Brynn Horrocks).Turning the high school into a maximum security fortress, Vadar refuses to allow the Eradicators to play at the upcoming prom, slices up their winning concert tickets with her prosthetic hand, and gives them detention. Avoid this movie if you can, and see the original instead, its much, much better. Sporting long hair that makes him resemble thelead in a high school production of Jesus Christ Superstar, Feldman hogs the spotlight as he leads rebel forces against conformity with diminishing returns. The storyline and the soundtrack are amazing and it's not saying much but Corey Feldman's Greatest role ever is Jessie Davis.

The plot is nothing new either, high school kids rebel against administration. Corey Feldman does a good job in his role but his character is pretty annoying and the fact he tries to seduce a teacher and it’s meant to be all good and a happy ending is a big no no.…I just want the soundtrack released so I can have Tackhead's Leave Me AloneI woke up November 1st with a gnarly Halloween Hangover. A happily remembered cult classic, ROCK 'N' ROLL HIGH SCHOOL was a high-spirited, anarchic, hilarious exercise in education-bashing. When they decide to steal the prom for the scheduled band, all hell breaks loose. As the idiotic jokes assault the viewer, allowing only the occasional respite of a bit of exposition, the vieweris worn down. and then this one tops the insanity by SO MUCH that your eyes will pop out of their sockets.
When I first saw this movie which was then that I don't remember, I loved it. I LOVE the original film, and this one in no way even holds a candle to it. 7 out of 11 found this helpful. (I'm sure it would be the same way if humans were used for their skin.)

Teaming up with the school's resident smoothie, Eigelbauer (Michael Cerveris),whose style has been cramped by Vadar, the teens devise a revenge plan involving videotaping several of their enemies in compromising positions. Still, it keeps your attention as to what new kind of craziness will happen next. Corey is a great actor and I wish he would make more movies. 12 out of 15 found this helpful. But as far as story there is really nothing new or unique.I quite literally cannot conceive of a more entertaining movie.
The funky rock soundtrack is simply awesome; the Eradicators in particular are a supremely smoking band. Corey Feldman plays Jessie, leadman for a band that just isn't getting along with the new assistant principal. Ramones fanatic and delinquent Riff Randell battle it out with the strict new principle of Vince Lombardi High School, Miss Togar, with help from the Ramones. (Violence, profanity, adult situations.) Corey Feldman, at his most obnoxious, plays Jessie Davis, lead singer of a band called the Eradicators.

In 1978, an epic comedy film starring the Ramones, and not to mention the still beautiful PJ Soles, Rock N Roll High School was made.
Rock 'n' Roll High School is like a ride on a music rollercoaster. Also, Corey Feldman simply can't sing that well. This is one of the worst, least entertaining movies I have ever seen. In a dystopian near future America, a young man infiltrates a powerful drug dealing rollerblading youth gang that runs his town in order to end their reign for good.
