Eventually, the Company was sold and the competitor displaced most of the original employees.From an IT perspective a combination of departments at war and an aggressive outsourcing strategy that leaves QBE itself management heavy with few people who understand delivery turns what should be a world leading employer into a war zone of internal politics combined with a nasty blame culture where everyones energy is focused either on protecting their own backs or stabbing others in the back first.I experienced that most of the staff members look worried and stressed. Poor customer service and they seem to not care. Somewhat flat organizational structureFlexible working, even after Covid-19, no one is being forced to go back. Having permanent ongoing discomfort and occasional severve pain , which has impacted and impacts my working and personal life , which has also been noted by the doctor concerned , QBE have come to the conclusion that that is the end of the claim and I am not entitled to any sort of compensation at all . There is some area of improvement for management, especially having to approach them with questions. QBE taught me to be strong and more knowledgeable and adjust no matter how difficult the assignment is.The company has an unmanageable work load, Management is less than average and management is insensitive to employees.
