If you drive recklessly, of course your driving anxiety will increase. I drive almost everyday so I have improved significantly and my friends and family also feel safe and confident in my driving ability. This isn't the healthiest way to deal with it but its something I feel will be with me forever, I know it's small and isn't a situation that comes up much but I get what you're saying when you feel you will never get over it.Just need to really fully accept the fact you have this driving anxiety and keep trying to overcome it day by day.
